2008-08-02 - Italy&Switzerland - School Trip to Italy and Switzerland:
My travels have begun! I've just spent an amazing fortnight with school traveling (via mini-bus) across Europe. Italy was our first port-of call although it could have been el-menorca. Sun, sand and mosquitoes. The area in Italy we went too was nice, but not really the part of Italy you want to see, although we did spend the day in Venice..... maybe Rome next year?
Switzerland on the other hand was simply amazing; mountains, clean, fresh, crisp, storms and heat. It seems Switzerland survives on its sales of swiss-army knifes and Toblerone, yet it is the most expensive country I have visited too date.
